Cole is a graduate from the University of Saint Francis with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He was a three-sport athlete in high school playing football, basketball and baseball when he discovered his passion for fitness and exercise. Cole went on to play baseball in college where he started to perfect his training so he could play at the next level and compete with the best. His background with college athletics, the medical field and chiropractic school gives him an array of tools to work with when it comes to fitness!

Cole believes everyone should constantly be learning. He loves staying up to date on all the newest education that is out there, especially since the fitness world is continuously changing. His passion is to share his knowledge about fitness and nutrition so his clients can achieve the fitness goals they have set out to accomplish. “I believe that committing to my clients 110% encourages them to commit to themselves 110%. I get to know my clients on a personal level and that allows me to train them in a way that works best for them. Everyone learns and responds to situations and training differently.
