Sarah took her passion for motivating others to pursue healthy lifestyles and channeled it into a degree in Exercise Science from Carroll University (Waukesha, Wisconsin). She is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and has been a Personal Trainer since 2002. Additionally, she has a Specialist in Nutrition and a Specialist in Cardio Respiratory Training for Athletes, both through NASM. Her experience ranges from working in fitness clubs to training clients in specialized training facilities. Fitness and having an active lifestyle has always been an important element in her own life, so passing it onto others was a natural profession for her to pursue. She loves combining the motivation she posseses, activities she enjoys, and the schooling she has completed to create solid programs she can teach to others. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends, and playing with her German Sheppard. Sarah is available for one-on-one training, small group training, and instructs the Calorie Killer and Biggest Loser Group Training classes.
