Patrick LuebkePersonal Trainer Princeton Club Xpress Hilldale

Pat grew up in Middleton. He recently became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine but has a lifetime passion for fitness. He graduated with a MS in Athletic Training from Florida International University in 2015.

His love for sports and fitness began throughout his childhood. He naturally started to gravitate towards cross country and distance events in track and field in middle school and has maintained this passion ever since. To date he has completed over 35 half-marathons, 4 full marathons, and recently completed his first half-ironman in the fall of 2023. He is truly amazed by what the body is capable of and is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals whether it is overcoming an injury or training for an ironman.

In his free time Pat can be found spending time with his girlfriend and three dogs (2 beagles and a Bernese mountain dog), trying out the latest triathlon gadgets, exploring the outdoors, and cheering for Wisconsin sports teams. “Make NOW the primary focus of your life”. This quote by Eckhart Tolle provides perspective that it is easy to look back and forward in our lives and lose sight of what is directly in front of us. Let Pat help you prioritize the NOW in your life; he would enjoy being a part of the process of helping you to reach your goals!
