Matt CooperManager/Personal Trainer Princeton Club Xpress Middleton

    Matt’s passion for health and fitness began at a young age through his involvement in sports. Ultimately, this passion led him to the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where he earned a B.S. in Exercise Science. An avid runner, Matt also competed in cross country and track at the collegiate level. This blend of academic and athletic experiences shaped Matt into the person that he is today; learning valuable lessons inside and outside of the classroom. Matt is knowledgeable in the areas of strength training, nutrition, conditioning, and exercise planning.

    As a personal trainer, Matt prides himself on personalized training that aligns with the needs and goals of his clients. An advocate of holistic health, Matt also earned a M.S. in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. With this blended background, one of Matt’s main goals is to optimize total wellness. Through this commitment to optimization, he can ensure that members have a rewarding training experience that is long-lasting.

    Outside of training, you can find Matt spending time with his wife and dog, training for an upcoming race, or rooting on the Green Bay Packers & Wisconsin Badgers.
