Robin Maier is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as an American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) certified Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist (through AFPA) and an Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) certified Aquatic Fitness Professional. With experience as a group fitness instructor both on land and in the water, Robin also enjoys the more individualized and personal components of one-on-one and small group training.
When she is not training, Robin enjoys being a stay-at-home mom to her three young children, spending time outdoors, reading, and laughing relaxing with her husband and friends.
Born and raised in the Madison area, Robin has enjoyed being active in a variety of ways her whole life. From childhood ballet and gymnastics to middle school cross country and track, high school tennis and cheerleading, and finally exploring the world of strength training in college, Robin encourages everyone to find a way to move their body in a way they enjoy. With a degree in Social Work and a background in Human Resources, Robin joined the Princeton Club family as a water fitness instructor in 2018 following the birth of her first daughter. During and after her pregnancy – and two subsequent pregnancies – Robin developed a passion for prenatal and postpartum fitness and wants all women to feel strong and empowered during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.
