Savannah is a certified personal trainer and behavior change specialist through the National Academy of
Sports Medicine and graduated with a B.A in Psychology from the University of South Florida. The love
for health and wellness that Savannah has began throughout her childhood sports, including gymnastics,
dance, and cross country. Each of these sports are not only physically demanding, but mentally as well,
and Savannah believes that exercising for everyday health is no different. She uses her knowledge from
her experience in sports coupled with her education to provide holistic, science-based training to build
lasting habits that are manageable to sustain for the rest of your life. Savannah has experience training a
wide variety of ages and groups of people and understands the importance of creating a well-crafted
training program that is unique to everyone’s needs.
In her free time, Savannah can either be found hiking, spending time with friends, exploring new
activities downtown, or curled up on the couch with her three fur babies while reading a book or
watching a movie.
