Workout:
• Push Ups – 10 reps
• Body Weight Squats – 10 reps
• Alternate Forward Lunges – 10 reps
• V-Sits – 10 reps
• Russian Twists – 10 reps
Go through this series 10 times for a total of 100 reps per exercise.
Repeat 1-3 times.
