• Heavy dumbbell OR dog / household item you can squat
• Squats – 20 reps
• Sit Ups – 20 reps
• Plank hand slap – 20 reps each side
• Wall Sit – 45 seconds
• Stair jumps with run down – 5 reps
Repeat this set 3 times through.
