    Garrett Miles obtained his M.S. in Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, specializing in applied sport science. He also received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in Exercise and Sport Science.
    Garrett’s interest in sport and exercise began at a young age, but grew as he competed more competitively in soccer and track and field in high school. During his undergraduate education he became involved in competitive rock climbing as well. In addition to competitive sports, Garrett has a passion for the outdoors. He is an experienced back-country backpacker, having completed treks on three continents. In his free time Garrett enjoys trail running, biking, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, swimming and skiing.
