“Practice what you preach”
Nicole is a big believer in practicing what you preach. “If I am educating and showing my clients what it takes to have a healthier lifestyle then I should be doing the same. I love learning and experiencing more about overall health and fitness through research and continuing education as it is an ever-changing field. It doesn’t matter if you think you’re ready or not, what matters is that you start.”
