Head to Toe-Gliding workout with items you have right at home led by Trainer Priscilla Peterson from Princeton Club West.
Length: 20-30 Minutes
• Two hand towels or paper plates
• Pillow or folded towel
• Single Arm Glide Out right then left, and Double Glide Out – 45 seconds
• Lateral lunge to reverse lunge to drop lunge – 45 seconds each leg
Repeat this series 5 times with a short rest in between. Enjoy!
